The letter is handwritten (in red) on white paper and then printed (in red) onto yellow lined paper. The envelopes are also handwritten in red. Everything must be written in the same handwriting! This is the yellow process.

It's simple. You provide the information to us and we do the entire mailing for you. Or, if you are interested in doing your own mailings; we will do your printing, labeling, addressing and apply the postage and send you the FULLY completed, ready to mail, postage already applied letters. It 's your choice!

Yellow Letters are a low, low, low... $1.50 per letter including:

  • personalized handwritten letter (samples below) on yellow lined paper
  • hand written addressing
  • postage stamp applied manually
  • mailing on your schedule

Could you do this with your local printer? I think you'll find as we have in our ongoing research, they just don't specialize in this type of printing. The cost will be higher and you will not get the same results as far as color and handwriting matching. They will most likely print from black to red which is not the right way to get your personalization results. And as we've said, we print ours on yellow lined paper which isn’t something a printer usually carries.

All the orders are handled through email. We have a lot of clients with a lot of different requirements; so we manage this via email.  Ordering is something that you can do at any hour of the day and any time zone. We will have an electronic copy of your order and correspondence. Once we begin to process the order we will contact via phone or email to get any additional information we need and to confirm the details.

Please allow up to 24-72 hours for initial start-up. Lists usually go out 24-48 hours after we receive them depending on when they were sent after your first order. We do not process orders on Fridays because we mail on business days only. Your order will be processed the next business day.

Now remember! This service is where we do everything for you! All you need to do is provide us the information below and we process and mail it out for you!

You can choose to have us box and ship them to you with postage already applied, but this process does take a little longer as we wait for the entire order to be done before we ship them to you. Depending on the size of the order, this can be more time consuming. It takes 4+ hours to complete 100 mailings. Additional shipping fees do apply. $15 per box and each box fits about 300 completed mailings.
