Terms of Services for Affiliates

By signing up as an Affiliate with Essential Vitamins and Minerals (EVM), you agree to the following Terms of Service Policy.

Affiliate Benefits

Affiliate is not required to invest in inventory.
Affiliate with a resale certificate will have the option to purchase EVM products for resale at their location, and therefore have a greater profit margin for those items carried in inventory.
Affiliate will receive the monthly 15% of the gross sale for as long as the referral/customer purchases products from EVM.
Affiliate will have computer access to EVM accounting data to track the accounts monthly.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Promote EVM products when appropriate;
Suggest specific EVM products when appropriate.
Promote EVM literature when appropriate.
Direct clients/customers to the EVM website for support and information when appropriate.
Provide customers/clients with the appropriate Affiliate Coupon Code which will permit EVMaccurate tracking information to provide appropriate Affiliate compensation.

Affiliate's Personal Purchases

Our Affiliate Program has been set up solely to benefit those customers who wish to refer their friends, relatives, and associates to a website that offers premium supplements - supplements that they know actually work and give results. Affiliates do not receive discounted pricing, nor do they receive commissions from their own personal purchases.

In order for you, as an Affiliate, to purchase product for yourself, it is necessary to create your own Customer account. You may use THIS LINK to go directly to the Customer Sign-In/Create page, or just go to our HOME page on the retail site to create your Customer account from there. You may use the same, or different, email/password combination for your Customer account as you use for your Affiliate account.

Please do NOT attempt to set up your Customer account using your Affiliate link. Accounts set up in this manner will be permanently blocked, and you risk losing your Affilate status as well.

It is important for you to understand that your Affiliate account and your Customer account are two separate entities; information for one account will not be available to the other account - they are NOT interconnected. Each entity requires its own individual sign-in - either from a Customer sign-in page or an Affiliate sign-in page.

Essential Vitamins and Minerals Responsibilities to Affiliate

Provide nutritional supplements (nutraceuticals) with an established world-wide reputation for high quality.
Maintain a website with accurate research and information accessible to the customers/clients of the Affiliate.
Provide professional and accurate sales literature to the Affiliate supporting EVM products.
Be available, either by phone or email, to assist Affiliates and their customers/clients with product information.
Ship products to the customers/clients of the Affiliate in a timely manner (usually within 72 hours of receipt of an order).

Affiliate understands that EVM and/or their assigns does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or response from said services.

Affiiate further agrees to the following:

to use the EVM system in a manner that is ethical and in conformity with community standards;
to respect the privacy of other users;
to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property;
to accept commercial emails from EVM.

EVM may terminate the Affiliate's account if the Affiliate violates this Terms of Service Policy, or promotes EVM in a manner that is unethical or inappropriate.

If EVM learns of a violation or likely violation of this Terms of Service Policy, we will attempt to notify the Affiliate. If Affiliate does not take immediate remedial action which is satisfactory to EVM, or in the event of a serious violation of this Terms of Service Policy, EVM reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's account immediately. Every effort will be made to inform Affiliate prior to account termination, and to re-establish said account upon receiving such representations from Affiliate as EVM deems appropriate in the circumstances.

This agreement is personal to the Affiliate. Affiliate may not assign their Affiliate rights without prior written consent from EVM.

EVM reserves the right to change this Terms of Service Policy as needed. Use of EVM services by Affiliate after said changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If Affiliate does not agree to such a new Terms of Service Policy, Affiliate may terminate their Affiliate membership without prejudice

Affiliate agrees to provide EVM with such other information relating to their use of this service as deemed necessary or desirable by EVM. Affiliate further agrees to notify EVM if their address, email address, telephone number, billing information changes.
